Wakocha (Japanese Black Tea)

Wakocha (or Wakoucha) is a rare Japanese black tea. Ours is organically grown in Shizuoka, crafted by dedicated farmers with decades of chemical-free practices. Wakocha is made from summer-harvest leaves, when tea plants are most vulnerable to pests—making organic production especially challenging and limited.

The result is a beautiful amber cup with a sweet, floral aroma, notes of honey, and a smooth malty finish with hints of chrysanthemum and stone fruit.
