Hand-rolled with care, our Jasmine Pearls offer a naturally sweet, soft taste and an enchanting floral aroma from real jasmine blossoms.
Grown at high elevations in Fujian, China, these tender tea leaves develop a smooth, complex flavor in the cool mountain air. Picked in early spring, when the leaves are at their freshest, they are then hot-air fired to preserve their purity and prepare them to absorb jasmine’s fragrance.
Each bud and young leaf is hand-rolled into delicate pearls, then patiently stored until summer, when fresh jasmine flowers from Guangxi are in full bloom. The pearls are carefully scented with these blossoms over several nights, capturing their soft, lingering aroma in every cup.

How To Brew
Add 1/2 tsp (1g) of matcha powder to a bowl or cup. Add 3 oz of hot water (185F). Whisk well in zig-zag patterns until frothy. Adjust the amount of matcha to your liking.
