Our Darjeeling Oolong is made using only the most experienced tea pickers, in small batches towards the close of the season. With the ultimate "whole leaf" tea, the leaf remains intact and unbroken until it's time to be infused. With a light amber cup, the tea contains sweet floral high notes to provide a smooth, complex and fruity taste. This exquisite tea offers hints of jasmine, peach and apricot, delivering a long finish with an unforgettable flavour.

How To Brew
Add 1/2 tsp (1g) of matcha powder to a bowl or cup. Add 3 oz of hot water (185F). Whisk well in zig-zag patterns until frothy. Adjust the amount of matcha to your liking.
